Precise measurement and positioning: Before installing shelves, it is necessary to accurately measure the warehouse space to determine the installation location and spacing of the shelves. Ensure that the shelves are neatly arranged and spaced reasonably to facilitate the operation of forklifts and personnel.
Ground treatment: If the shelves need to be laid with guide rails or magnetic conductors, it is necessary to ensure that the flatness and hardness of the ground meet the requirements. For shelves that require a second pouring of cement, they need to be constructed in accordance with the construction requirements.
Correctly install shelf components: Follow the shelf installation drawings and instructions to correctly install the shelves' columns, beams, tie rods and other components. Make sure each component is securely installed and positioned accurately.
Inspection and adjustment: After the installation is completed, a comprehensive inspection of the shelf is required to ensure that each component is installed correctly and the fasteners are not loose. If any problems are found, they need to be adjusted and repaired in time.
Configure vertical tie rods and horizontal tie rods: According to the height and weight of the shelf, configure corresponding vertical tie rods and horizontal tie rods to enhance the stability and safety of the shelf.
Install the gantry beam and protective net: Install the gantry beam on the top of the shelf channel to ensure the verticality of the shelf pieces. At the same time, a safety net is installed behind the back-to-back shelves to prevent goods from falling and injuring people.
Reserve fire duct locations: If the shelf height exceeds 7 meters, it is necessary to reserve fire duct locations and install fire sprinklers and smoke baffles in accordance with fire regulations.
